If you are paying a deductible you are not paying it directly to Pocket. A deductible is a fee that you are paying for services requested from an Insurance Provider. In this case you asked to have your Cell Phone covered, I believe the Insurance Company that Pocket uses is called eSecuritel. The highest deductible the have is $100.00 no need to exaggerate. They deductible run from $35-$100 depending on the value of the phone you have. If you have an issue with the Phone you purchased you should contact the manufacture of the phone. EX. You purchase a TV set at Walmart, Walmart will only give you a few days for an exchange given that there is a problem with the TV. Same with ANY Cell Phone provider. Plus if you flash a phone NOBODY can guarantee that anything will work. Think about it, you are trying to get a phone from a diff company to work for another. Of course not everything will work, but they can guarantee that Voice, and SMS messages will work. Inform yourself before you write a stupid, gramatically incorrect report about a service provider you dont undertand. And Please use spell check. Have a Nice Day! -Pocket hero
