Beware customers and don't buy anything from the following company called Poetic Wear Ware out of Queens Village, NY. The owner had me and my sorority sisters believe this was a major operation but it's run by one employee and her name is Sandra J. Edwards.
Poetic Wear Ware located at 87-50 204th St. Suite# A22 in Queens Village, NY 11423 is an homebased online fraudulent website that scams customers. I just filed a consumer complaint and small business complaint against Poetic Wear Ware. I purchased via http://poeticwear.com website 7 Michael Jackson shirts at $21.95 each totaling to a sale of $153.95 and never received merchandise. Then when I complained I was charged again for $153.95 which told me this was indeed another online scam I stumbled across. In total I was scammed out of $307.90 which my lawyer states we could sue her for.
Poetic Wear Ware has the worst customer service and I will never do business with her again in a million years. Her fraudulent website is http://poeticwear.com. She hides behind her website and email address [email protected] and never return emails. I have also made several attempts by calling her directly at 718-413-8926 but she never returns phone calls.
Beware customers and don't buy anything from Sandra J. Edwards or the following company called Poetic Wear Ware out of Queens Village, New York. She is a fraud and her online web business is a scam.

This report is a hoax. We demand that the author provide proof (upload it to Ripoff report) that these transactions even occured. The website only accepts credit cards through paypal. If this transaction actually occurred. Paypal would have submitted the details to me to follow through on. Customers are protected by paypal and If a merchant scams a customer, paypal will stop the merchant from using their services to accept credit cards. The 718-413-8926 is a personal cell phone number which leads us to believe that this may be a personal vendetta. This number is not the business number on the website and can only be obtained if the owner has met with you personally. The proof that this is a HOAX is when they state that they complained and were charged again. They would have to authorize a charge for it to even occur again. Paypal would not let us accept payments if their is a legitimate complaint submitted to them filed against me (paypal allows all customers to file a complaint against a merchant but no such complaint was submitted) . This is a hoax. We have not received any small claims from any court in relation to this matter.
There is nothing that leads anyone to believe that this business is a major operation. The "About Us" link on my website www.poeticwear.com indicates that this is a business that started out of one person writing a poem from the death of a childhood friend. There is nothing fraudulent about the website or the products or services that are represented. Our 100% feedback rating responses on ebay under account "picklewickles" (where someone even bought a Michael Jackson t-shirt and was extremely pleased with the transaction) speaks for itself. Once again this is a hoax complaint!!!!!!!!
