POETRY.COM IN 2002 OR I FORGET I HAVE TO GET MY PAPERWORK I STORED AWAY,I WROTE A POEM ON THE WEBSITE POETRY.COM,TITLE WAS THE BLAME GAME,THEY IMMEDIATEDLY SENT ME A OPTION TO BUY A BOOK THAT THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE PUBLISHED MY POEM IN AND ALSO STATED THAT IT WOULD BE IT JUST SAID WRITE YOUR POEM AND IF WE LIKE IT YOU WILL BE PUT IN A CONTEST AND WIN MONEY,YOUR POEM IS YOURS AND WE WILL MAKE NO CLAIMS,WHICH WAS BS I HAVE NO CLUE Internet
Poetry.com stole my poem from their website and published it in coffee house books through out europe and the world without my permission and Im yet to see any monies Im totally devestated at how cold blooded and evil people are ,they tricked me into writing my poem(online) thinking I was entering a contest ,then when I went back to the site my whole account, poem my name and everything had vanished,then I started getting regular mail with these book offers stating they had published my poem in them ,one after another ,many ,many books,(livid is an understaement) They totally RIPPED ME OFF ,they are making monies off my poem without my permission ,where do I turn? and what can I do? I need a lawyer who specializes in copyright infringement so I can recieve the royalties that were STOLEN from me...................Someone please HELP ME!
