 I paid for my Club Pogo membership for the year last year on January 6, 2013. It is for a year's membership. For the past 2 hours I have been unable to get on the game site. I am getting the message "oops something not right" "our server is too busy  try again". Pogo has a track record of doing this when your membership is about to expire. I wrote in about the same activity before.

There is no help any more at Club Pogo. If you call their phone number you are told to go on the site. If you go on the site to talk to live chat there is no button to send your message and hitting enter does not connect you either. They now have so-called "Forums" to supposedly help you if you can access the site.

I paid, as I said, for my year's membership a year in advance for the entire year and I am being denied access. I consider this to be fraudulent activity on the part of Pogo. They owe us club members restitution for not being able to use what we paid for.

Can I notify my credit card company of this suspected fraudulent activity?
