You should look up attorney general in california. There should be a link on the website to email them. Send your complaint to them - I already have. You should then write a concise letter to Electronic Arts stating that you are sending your complaint to the Attorney General. I'm sure the AG's office can check how you didn't cheat. I am hearing about this more and more and it disgusts me that there are people like that in this world. The company information for pogo is as follows: Electronic Arts Inc. 209 Redwood Shores Parkway Redwood City, CA 94065 United States - Map Phone: 650-628-1500 Fax: 650-628-1414 Web Site: http://www.ea.com Key Executives are: Mr. John Riccitiello , 48 Chief Exec. Officer and Exec. Director N/A N/A Mr. Frank D. Gibeau , 40 Pres of EA Games Label N/A N/A Mr. Peter Moore , 53 Pres of EA Sports Division N/A N/A Dr. Gerhard Florin , 49 Exec. VP and Gen. Mang. of International Publishing N/A N/A Ms. Linda J. Srere , 52 Marketing Consultant, Advter. Consultant, Director, Chairman of Compensation Committee and Member of Nominating & Governance Committee

Barbara - I'm so glad your problem was resolved. Could you please advise me how to actually talk to a person instead of this email game I am playing with them? They just advised me my jackpot was "forfeited" just as yours was, and I in no way EVER cheated on pogo. I would like to call and talk to a real person to have my account re-evaluated. Thanks for any help.

Barbara: I'm glad that you and Pogo have gotten your jackpot problem resolved. Just wanted to warn you that it WILL take all of 60 days or more to see the check. Even though I only won 10.00, it almost 3 months to see my check. Congrats on your win!

It seems there new "method" is to have winners we could find but by my esimates 80 percent of winners are non paying members. A club pogo member pays any where from 29.99 to 34.99 for us members . i am paying 34.99 a year . Now it seems all winners are "non paying members" . I will be letting my account run out and WILL NOT be renewing my account . I have been a member for 6 years paying member since :club pogo: came out . RIPOFF TO THE MAX ...

In reference to my original complaint......... I notified Electronic Arts (whom does the billing for Pogo) and I had a lengthy conversation with a Customer Service Representative. He assured me my message would be given to the Pogo Prize Administrator which it WAS. A couple days later I received an e-mail from the Administrator stating that Pogo had re-evaluated my account and determined I am eligible for the jackpot I won on February 4, 2007. I was told a check will be sent to my attention in approximately 30-60 days. I do believe this person is being honest and sincere with me. I will follow-up with you readers as soon as I have the check in my hands! Sincerely, Barbara

I've also been a paying member of Pogo for years. I personally won a $10.00 prize and had no problem with collecting. An on-line friend won a jackpot for around $1200.00 and though it took a couple on months and a lot of paperwork, she also collected. Sorry that you are having a problem but in at least 2 cases, the winners were for real.

do you ever try to find the people that seem to win the jack pots and prizes we do and when we try to add them to our friends list wow that person does not exist. pogo is making up people and saying there winning in fact no one wins any thing on pogo. all pogo is doing is collecting millions of dollars a year and keeping it all to them selves they should be investigated.

I have won 3 different prizes while playing at pogo, to date I have recieved nothing from them. Best of luck to you on collecting, they seem to not care if loyal players leave and never return, I have been a paying member for many years as well. I followed every bit of instruction for claiming prizes just to be run around in circles until it was to late to claim anything.
