I purchased a 1 year gift subscription for my ex in Dec 2007. I cancelled my pogo account in Nov 2008. In Dec 2008, my ex renewed her account for another year. Not knowing this, I purchased another 1 year gift sunscription for her. In addition to this, pogo renewed her previous years gift subscription on my credit card without any authorization. They have made their position clear - no refunds. The main issue here is how they renewed a gift subscription without authorization for the benefit of a third party, and all they had to say about it is no refunds. People have been convicted of fraud for doing exactly the same thing. If you have used a credit card on pogo, you would be wise to have your card replaced with a new number.

lol, another 10$ winner coming to pogo's defense. question for all you pogo defenders...??? if you have never had a problem with pogo and think they are so wonderful, why the hell are you coming on rippoff to defend them? more than likely a pogo flunky or another $10 winner.

I have had a subscription to Pogo for 5 years. I have NEVER had a problem with any part of the site. They have always treated subscribers with kindness and respect. I have bought Gems, games and my subscription with both a credit card and a debit card with no issues at all. Any time I've had a question, the person responding to me has treated me with kindness and respect. I suspect there was a error on your part and you were hoping for a free subscription. Just my opinion.
