RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!
I called to order a gasket for my refrigerator $109). The guy who took the order did not explain that there are two separate gaskets for refrigerator and freezer. Now I need to get a freezer gasket (another $100) and pay shipping again. I spoke to the owner of the company to complain about it and she basically did not understand why I was so upset. Everyone over there is like a robot and says the same thing over and over. Needless to say I will order the freezer gasket somewhere else.
Please do NOT order from this site. They have absolutely no Customer Service skills and their prices are high!! There are too many other places that supply parts - I should have done my research!!
