This business along with the person mentioned were both found guilty and convicted of felony gambling in satisfaction for a long list of other felonies that were dropped due to the plea agreement. This can be verified by looking up the business name on the Maricopa County Superior Court Website.
I will not place a link here as I am not sure if that would violate the terms of services of the ripoff report. I am only posting this as a rebuttal to the attempt of the business owner to appear to be upstanding which she is not. I have no idea if the original complaint is true but I absolutely know that the business owners statement of credibility is absolute nonsense.

This posting has absolutely nothing to do with Poker Nation, which is an upstanding business in Phoenix, Arizona. Poker Nation, its owner, and its staff, always conducts itself with the utmost in professionalism and ethics in the community. Not only do we provide top-notch customer service and fair play, but we raise thousands of dollars annually for charities such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day and St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance.
In the extremely rare chance that someone actually comes across this entry through a random Google search, please pay this laughable (and legally actionable) libel the heed it deserves. Clearly the poster feels that posting libelous statements such as this, protected by the anonymity of the Internet, provides some sort of personal satisfaction in an empty life.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us on this matter.
