Pools Inc. Chris I ordered 12 pool light protectors anti electrolysis zinc anodes on December 10, 2016 to be delivered to my home so I could then take them to my home in Florida to use in my pool.. Wrentham, Ma. Internet
I ordered 12 pool light protectors anti electrolysis zinc anodes on December 10, 2016 to be delivered to my home so I could then take them to my home in Florida to use in my pool. I could not have them mailed directly to the Florida address because it is a rental property. The zinc did not arrive before we left so I called to have the delivery address changed to our location in Florida. I was told by Chris that the zincs would be there before we left Florida. They did not arrive. I called again after we returned home and was then told by Chris that is because I changed the delivery address, well then why did he not tell me that at the time I changed the address. I was also told that someone would call me back to complete the order. To this date March 2, 2017 no one has called me even though I sent another email reminding them to call me. Very frustrating
