Poputees.com took my money and never shipped my order Millville Massachusetts
In December 2011 I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from Poputees.com as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. His daughter was going to give it to him. I knew it could take a little longer for the order to ship because I had placed the order so close to the holiday. Several weeks after placing the order I still had not received the shirt. I emailed the company twice. I never received a response. I contacted the better business bureau to try and get a resolution to this. They also never received an answer. Needless to say I never received the shirt, never got my money back, and the better business bureau closed the case due to never having received a response. I realize it is a little more than a year and a half later, but I wanted to make sure people know not to order shirts from this company. Their website is still up and accepting orders. The BBB has over 30 complaints from them and last I checked only one of them had been resolved successfully. These people will take your money and you will never get your order or a refund.
