ON 02/16/09 I went to look at a truck at Porcaro Ford in Racine.

I found the truck I wanted on the showroom floor.

The dealer did not have the color I wanted so they said they would locate the exact same truck in the color I was looking for.

My wife and I went to pick up the truck and after signing the papers we went outside and noticed immediately the truck did not have the running boards that the one inside had so I went back into the dealer and said where are the running boards? I was told by Jason the salesman not to worry about it he would take care of it and he would get back to me later that day well I waited a week and never heard from him.

I sent Jason and Mark Porcaro the owner of the dealer an e-mail and told them how disappointed in the service I had received after the delivery of my truck and to find out about the status of the running boards. I was told if I wanted the running boards they cost $1200.00 and that the dealer would split the cost with me.I told Jason this was unacceptable as the truck he sold me was suppose to have them.

I made calls to three different area truck shops that installed running boards and the cost ranged between $400-$450 installed. Jason told me he was going to check with Mark and get back to me and imagine my surprise when he never called back.I called Jason again and he said he was with someone and could he call me back and I'm still waiting for that call. Jason never even took the time to show us how or where any of the equipment was on the truck or how it worked when the truck was delivered.
