In March of 2013 I was calling around to local limousine companies to take metro the Manhattan Cruise Terminal in May for my cruise. I decided to call Port Limo considering they are fairly close to where I live. When I called I asked for a price quote to the terminal. The male that answered the phone was very rude to me therefore I hung up. The unknown male that answered the phone called me back 4 times and on the fourth time he called me back he left me a voicemail. The voice mail stated in substance, " Call me back for a price quote on limo, your very rude" then there's a 3 second pause and then he said "n***a" (I still have the voicemail saved). I called back requesting his name so I could follow up with a complaint the taxi and livery commission and he continued cursing at me and using racial slurs. Another time I called Ia female answered the phone cursing at me agin. I have followed up with the Nassau County T&LC. I am still waiting on a response from the T&LC and am sure they would like a copy of the voicemail to know this company discriminates. I do not recommend this limo service to anyone.

This is a very false statement, whoever reported this is just jealous of how many people actually like port limo and all of it's employees. I think this is very immature movement and if the person reporting has any problem they should try and contact the owner/manager. Once again THIS IS VERY FALSE REPORT!!
