There is a listing of all properly licensed movers for the State of Oregon posted on the Oregon Department of Transportation's web site. I think you'll see that this group is not on there. Go to this website here and file a compaint. ODOT will then go after these people for not having proper moving authority. http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/MCT/MOVING.shtml
