Postal Battery Exam Study Guide Exam Services, Dr. Carole Letson, Editor Scammed money from me. Told me I would get a refund after 1 year or if I took the test. Norcross Georgia
I was just laid off from my job in July 2007 and wanted to get into a different field besides Medical Billing. I found this add in the neighborhood paper and called the number and registered. I was told to look every week for testing in my area and I never found one. I recieved a letter one day telling me they had testing in Columbus with instructions about the testing but I got the letter too late. I had also had a job by then it was a year after I applied. I contacted the customer service rep and she told me I could not get my refund unless I took the test and failed or passed. I was also told I could take the test online and gave me the web address. I was never able to get that test online. I asked her why was I not notified, I was set up to be notified whenever there was a test near me she could not answer me. I was so pissed off with her I told her that they were a rip off and that I would report them. It did not phase her and she told me good luck and have a good day. I called the number back to speak with someone else a couple of weeks later and it stated the number was "invalid". I knew I had been ripped off and was pissed off about it but there was nothing I could do. I mailed my refund form to them and it came back. I will never do anything like this again so watch out and don't lose $99.50 like I did and at that time I needed the money since I was unemployed.
