Power Home Remodeling Group UNWILLING TO PROVIDE TRANSACTION DETAILS Chester Pennsylvania
I have made 3 separate requests for an invoice with specific costs for parts & labor on behalf of my (89 year old) Father & (83 year old) Mother who signed contracts for roofing & window projects that only listed the total price for each project instead of a breakdown for Labor & each part that was installed or replaced. I need the figures so that I can do some research & verify that my parents were not overcharged or taken advantage of due to their advanced ages... this does not seem to be an unusual request & it seems that they are unwilling to comply & it is curious that the invoices do not already contain this information. Each time I made the request I received a reply from Eamon Lynch (who seems to be their point man for handling complaints) simply stating that I should call him. I responded that I will not call him until he provides the information that I requested so that we can discuss it. I would also like to respond by email so that I have a record of what we discuss in case I file for legal action.
