First and foremost, I am writing this for all the people left in this world who think that people actually care. On the contrary, most are out there to prey on the unsuspecting. I am writing this the evening after a relative had Power Home Remodeling Group visit their residence. A 7:00 pm appointment went until the wee hours of the morning. After 1:30am! This looks eerily familiar. This is the only time you get the"First Visit Discount." If they have to return the price will be higher. How many people have complained that these sales people just won't leave! This is exactly what they are sales people. They have not been trained in roofing. They have been trained in hard core predatory sales tactics. BUYER BEWARE! I have seen first hand how this operation works. Door to door marketers leaving for their extremely long day out in the field. They find homeowners willing to set up an appointment and then the sales people move in for the kill.
Even entering their main office, I personally in my career have seen thousands and this is not a contractors office, I knew this was a scam. They sub out their work! The Sales Manager even felt that an estimate that went well into the early morning hours was just a caring sales person. There is nothing reputable about this company!
Please heed these warnings and do not let these people into your home! Upfront and honest, caring people would excuse themselves in a timely manner and reschedule at a more appropriate time. They should not be at your home until the early morning hours trying to convince you that your roof will not last the winter and they need you to sign on the dotted line so they can help you. This is a very unethical company.
