Power Sport Deeal Inc. Sent my 14 year old son a 4 wheeler that is crap,you can't even hook up the handlebars because the frame where it attaches is stripped out. Then a tire is bulging, the carbarator leaks, and the start South El Monte, California
My 14 year old son saved his money for over a year to purchase a 4 wheeler. I made him to the research to find the best price ect... He bought one from Deeal Inc. otherwise known as Power Sport or Power Sport Max. When it arrived and we unpacked it, right away I noticed one of the tires side walls was bulging. As they started to put it together, the frame where the handle bars attach, the holes for the screws were stripped out and they could not be securly attached. After repeated calls to the company they were going to send me the parts and the free gloves that were supposed to have shipped with it that never have come.
Well the parts were never sent, so my son had to finish putting it together to get it out of my unsecured car port. At this time, we realized, the carbarator leaks like a sive, and the starter is bad, the d**n thing won't even start......................
They refuse to send a call tag and are insisting I pay to ship a manufactures defected product back at a cost of $200.00. Then the numbers on the packing list to call for returning them have both been disconnected!!!! Really. I can't believe they would take advantage of a child like this. These people are awful and lie through their teeth every time you talk to them. Well if you can find a number that actually answers.....
