I ordered a "free" Electronic cigarette on the Prada Electronic Ciggarette site.

Nowhere did it say I would be charged for anything. I ordered a replacement cig. refills but when it charged me without a confirmation # or a price I called back and got it to refund the 26$ they charged without my permission.

Then a month later I find I have been charged 69.90 and 149.90 and have not even received any "free Cig". I call and they cancel my account- refund the 69.90 and 70.00 but refuse to refund the balance of 79.90 that they still owe me.

I cannot get a supervisor, they are never available and now they say since my acct is cancelled they can not give me any refund. What a Scam.

I went back on the site to try and find their terms and cond. to do this-- you never see it before your charged so they are not explaining or recording on the phone any terms. Nor do you ever have to read it or see if before they give you their "free Cigerette". The do not have confirmation numbers or even prices of what your ordering. I feel used and abused. I may not be able to get the other 79.90 back but I will make sure I can save as many as possible from the same fate.

I also made a report with the Better Business Bureau and that is how I got all their information. They have a terrible rating and many reports. You even have one other on here about this too.

There has to be a law against their unethical business practices.

It appears this is nothing more than a literacy issue

It appears that this is just another case of the "consumer" being unable to read and understand the English language, or simply not paying attention, as usual.

The post is in the wrong category as is location, so I lean towards the not paying attention thing.

An accurate report is always most helpful.

Typical illiteracy at work here. And, here in the United States of America, we put the $ sign BEFORE the numbers. For example, $26, NOT 26$.

I went and looked at the site.

You have to agree to the terms & conditions.

Read the terms and conditions and you got charged just like it says you will.

What you call a free cig is actually stated as a free 14 day trial period.

These items sell for ALOT cheaper at our local 7-eleven and circle K corner stores, I got a whole kit for $24.99 with 5 cartridges.
