I purchased an Electronic Cigarette on July 29 from Prado E-Cig online using my Debit card. I received a confirmation via email for the Total Price. 2 weeks later Prado E-Cigs withdrew $149.90 from my bank acct w/o my authorization and the next day another withdrawal from my bank acct.
I called Customer support which wasn't any help, so I asked for a Supervisor, she said she didn't have one. Don't order this product. They have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau and have over 120 claims just recently. They will not refund or return your full amount. They can take from you bank acct unless you cancel your order.
