I purchased 18 airline tickets from pramok travels in february 2010 pramok travels paid for them and i confirmed it with the airlines before i sent any money out of the country, then 1 person decided not to go and tried to get a credit from virgin blue only to be told that the money had been refunded back to the credit cards that paid for them.



 I contacted Portia Ramokgopa told her what had happened and she appologised and said she would sort it out.



 After 3 weeks of not replying to any emails i contacted johannesburg police and received 2 tickets in 2 days from jetstar airlines, it is now almost 4 months later and she has promised over and over again that she will do the right thing and the tickets will arrive in 3hrs, 48 hrs by the end of the week, then finally on 13th August in her words "Madam i am begging you one more time to please bear with us, we will deliver the remaining tickets. That i promise you with my life."" I assure you that you will receive all the tickets we owe you before the 31st of AUGUST 2010"

Mrs Cannon,



It aches my heart to see you go through this. If only you could see our true intentions. I know madam that the people travelling are putting pressure on you. There is no amount apology that can satisfy your anger and frustration at this point. I know we have not done right by you but Madam i am begging you one more time to please bear with us, we will deliver the remaining tickets. That i promise you with my life. We have to pay jetstar for these tickets, we are waiting for sufficient funds to do that. I told you that we do not reply your emails because we don't want to give the same excuse over and over and over again every single day.



We did not forget you and we did not do this intentionally. All these mess was put on us by virgin for reasons which they have still not told us. Mrs Cannon , please remember how we started this relationship. It was based on trust and mutual understanding. Let us not reduce our relationship to a level of mistrust and insults. You have every right to be angry with us and we know that. But Madam, I assure you that you will receive all the tickets we owe you before the 31st of AUGUST 2010,we may send them in batches or all of them at once but I know based of what efforts and plans we have been making here at our office in the past 3 weeks.You are at the top of our priority list. We have had to make sacrifices and cuts to ensure that we raise enough funds to pay Jetstar for your tickets.



Please madam, we check the itineraries almost every day and there are still ample seats for everyone to Bali. We know how you feel and we are not happy ourselves. This incident is like a non stop migraine for us. Please madam, I have promised you and this promised will be fulfilled. You will receive all the tickets before the 31st of AUGUST 2010.Hoping you will still have faith in us.
