I am like many folks on here reporting refund issues with Precise Auto Protection. In my case the policy is affiliated with Interstate National Dealer Services Inc. Like everyone else I am simply trying to get a refund after cancellation for money paid. I have spoken to both OmniSure and Interstate. OmniSure of course stated nothing they can do and referred me to Interstate. Called Interstate today and they stated my policy shows cancelled but that it was due to no payment. I cancelled policy on 9/22/14 but OmniSure still charged my CC on 10/6/14 as they were not informed until 10/8/14 of policy cancellation. Interstate said they have forwarded this to their Cancellation Dept for review. I fear I may be out of a lot of money. Has anyone else had issue with these tow combined companies and more importantly any luck getting a refund from Interstate? Thanks
