Mark Roth and Michelle Anderson are bold faced liars and thieves. For several months they collected rent on two of my properties and didn't forward the money to me. They have used excuses from the tenant not paying....to there being a "glitch" in their owner portal system, which accounts for the money.... to it's coming in 4 days....
Additionally, Mark Roth was paid $15,000 to complete a renovation project that he started and never completed. He started the project in February 2013 and officially quit working on it altogether in September 2013, after I kept sending my brother in law over to look at the "progress".
Additionally, he "borrowed" money from me, and I filed a deed of trust against 3 of his properties as collateral. Of course he never paid the loan back and I'm now forced to foreclose on properties that I never wanted in the first place.
I'm from out of state and he preys on investors like me... He has a great sales pitch and it's easy to believe him because he's a great salesman. But open you wallet and he'll steal you blind.
