Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am an ex employee of precision door. I was fired for the second time this past march. The first time the owner came up with a lie in order to fire me. Later i was told it was because he needed to down size his payroll. When i was hired back, it was for less money because i was supposedly going to be doing less when i was actually doing more.

The way that i was treated when i went back to work for precision door was insane. The owner had it in his head that he had me right where he wanted me. He had made it very well known infront of everyone else in that office that i was expendable. He would literally yell at all of us in front of the others when something was done that he didn't agree with or didn't want to happen.

I was forever being told that my phone skills were terrible and that i didn't work fast enough for the work that he wanted performed and i had better work on them otherwise i could find myself not working for him. This was explained infront of all the employees that happened to be in the office at the time.

He would blame me if his techinicians were not out by the minute he wanted them to be out when 9 times out of 10 it was the employee that was either late for work or wasting time to get out the door. everything seemed to be my fault. no one elses. Both times i was fired from precision door was without warning. The second time i was fired i was told it was because i didn't get along with the owner.

There were many cases with many other employees that were just as undeserved as what i've mentioned with me. The owner of this company makes new policies at will. He punishes his technicians by taking money out of their pay checks if so much as their paperwork isn't done right. He doesn't respect his employees but expects them to bend over backwards for him. He expects them to work 18 hours a day for him sometimes 12 days straight and expects the sales to be outstanding.

If time was asked off because a technician needs to rest, most of the time it was denied. There was one case inparticular where a technician had been in an accident on one of his days off. after so long of going to regular chiropractic sessions, the owner told him he wasn't to take anymore time off for it. This technician was still doing the physical labor the was demanded of him while he was attending these sessions where he would go straight to work afterwards.

I have been contacted by another former employee of precision door on many matters other than my own that i have mentioned and am also willing to help with whatever actions that are to be taken reguarding this company.
