The report by Sabine is totally incorrect! Our company is a certified installer for Lumber Liquidators, the largest harwood flooring supplier in the world. We install appox. 600,00 square feet of wood per year. We have never been sued or had any installation issues. We are an installation company only. We do not supply or warranty any material. We only install. Refer to my website at www.dcraigflooring.com.You will see that our company stricly urges customers to use a vapor barrier on all solid wood. Sabine was told that a vapor barrier is neccesarry for the product she purchased. she stated to us that she had done her research, and that the bamboo she purchased did not need it. She also stated that she cannot afford the cost of the moisture barrier and is willing to install the floor without the protection needed. We agreed to install the floor for her but advised her that there would not be any warranty due to the fact that she waived the advise to protect her floor with a moisture barrier. I challenge Sabine to show me the warranty certificate that all of our customers recieve when they take our knowledge and advice and install the flooring the proper way. We have a 100% satisfaction survey with all of our customers. I believe that this is not about the fact that she has a problem with her floor. This particular customer made innapropriate advances towards an employee of the company and was told that he was married and did not appreciate this behavior. This is a case of a rejected advance and total retaliation towards our company. I assure the quality of our work and our warranty backs the assurance as well as any amount of references that are requested by a customer can be provided along with knowing we are reccomended by the largest hardwood supplier in the world as one of there certified installers. To ease any future customers minds you can search any court system in the country and see that we have NEVER had a single lawsuit of any type, installing MILLIONS of square feet of wood. Go to WWW.dcraigflooring.com for all information on what type of floor would suit you best and all applications that are needed to have your floor last a lifetime.
