This trash named Jonathon Lightfoot DBA Precision Preservation services contacted me about doing preservation work on repossessed homes and promised to pay "big money" to do work and inspect properties.
One of the homes were already contracted to another contractor who was at scene when we arrived.
I paid for materials out of our own pocket because he promised to pay me for them but he lied every step of the way.
The work was to be done for First Preston Bank and Mortgage and he was paid for our work and now we cant contact him.
Jonathon Lightfoot and his wife Jennifer has ripped many people off in the Preservation. Janitorial, Pool cleaning, Catering and he has a UPS store that is a rip off in itself.
Be warned to never deal with this trash or his trashy wife because they will stick it to you everytime. They owe me over $3500 dollars and I am taking them to court along with more victims that I have discovered.
Lowlife scum like these two are getting rich on the backs of us working people unless we band together to stop it one way or the other.
They have mailing address in at least three different towns in Nevada such as Henderson, Enterprise and Las Vegas.
I learned the truth about the con artists the hard way so be careful not to let them cheat you.
