Preferred PlATINUM PLUS - Perferred Platinum Plan This company has ripped alot of people off. I never thought this would happen to me. I got an invoice from a company called Preferred Platinum Plus for $1400.00. I did not make these calls. Canoga, California
I recieved an invoice in the mail for $1400.00 from a company called Preferred Platinum Plus. I have never heard of these people before and here i am getting a $1400.00 in voice from them. I wasn't sure what to think about this at first. I mean, I was beside myself. So I called the 800 number and a lady (Ms. Lopez). She asked me for my name and my account number. I don't give out that information to anyone. She said " fine, I'll just get your name off of the caller I.D," and she just hung up on me. So, I called back trying to resolve this misunderstanding, I ask for a manager. A guy by the name of Wes gets on the phone and asks when am I going to pay this outstanding bill? I told him that I did not make these calls, he replied that have my voice recorded, i asked him if i could listen to it he said, " sure." I heard the recording and told him that thats not my voice. Mr. Wes then proceeded to call me an lying b***h, and that I was lying to him and trying to scam him. All I sad to him was " You sent me a $1400.00 invoice for phone sex calls that I did not make". Wh's trying to scam who here. I am a church going 34 yr old man. I am happily married to a beautiful woman. I don't need to make sex calls to get off. I have the real thing. So people be careful.
