Today a woman called her name was Estella and she was harassing my mother who is an elderly lady. My mother asked that she be more respectful as she was being rude. Our car bill is due on January 3rd todayis the 5th, we are only 2 days late with payng the bill. She demanded payment and was very rude and threatening to send us to collection. Her tone and rudenss towards my mother is unacceptable. This is no the first time we have had this problem with this comapny so I decided I should report this behavior.

Golly gee, I'll bet you haven't a clue how to stop this, do you? Their BILL COLLECTORS are calling you because you are a serial deadbeat. Nothing new here, is there because that's why you're with a subprime dealership to begin with! So, if you want them to stop calling, its all very simple...PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME!
NO RIPOFF HERE -- Nothing but the wailing of an acknowledged serial deadbeat!

YOU signed paperwork for this car!! YOU are late on your payment!! YOU should have never put your MOTHER down as a contact since you did not take their calls. Therefore YOU are responsible for your own bills and NO I do not work for them.
