Premier Auto Premier Auto Credit Harassing text messages from BEN at Premier, Internet
We had asked for a deferment of payment, which they did approve, we sent all the necessary paperwork to them.. today my husband received threatening text messages from a Ben saying if we did not call right then and there they were coming for our car. We continued to text over and over and call back to back to back, my husband was in a meeting and text him back and said Ill call when I am free...he wrote back via text with an evil face looked like the devil and said in caps ILL BE WAITING!! this is crazy...I have never in my life ever dealt with a company like this......

YOU are an idiot! The reason I have to use them is because I have NO credit yet. Befoe YOU start berating people saying they didn't pay their bills and they are the problem, maybe read some of the things they are writing. a lot of them are not getting paperwork, and some are paying but not getting the credit for their payments and are getting threatened with a repo etc. READ before YOU type! And sometimes things happen like a job layoff etc. people may need more time to pay, but they will pay.

YOU got to this point, having to use a SUBPRIME lender, because YOU destroyed YOUR credit. No bank or credit union will take a chance on you because YOU developed a reputation of NOT paying your bills on time. Here we are now and that reputation just keeps on coming! Its STILL another loan that isn't paid on time. It just never ceases, does it? You aren't entitled to special treatment. You are at their mercy because you made yourselves HIGH RISK borrowers with a confirmed and documented track record of NOT paying your bills on time. They don't need to "give" you anything. If you think you'll be able to "defer" tons of payments, forget it. You are at their mercy and they are doing you a favor despite you not living up to your word to make each and every payment on time. Perhaps the time is perfect for one of you to get a part time job to help ends meet rather than delaying payments.
Sorry, no I don't work for them.
