I should have known it sounded too good to be true when the man I spoke with told me I was getting $200.00 worth of $20 vouchers that I could take to the mall, shopping. He said I could spend one or all of them at one time, it was up to me. Being so close to the Holidays, I thought it was some type of promotion by the mall, and I agreed to let them draft out $3.95 for "Premier Services", (because he had me write it out on the voided check) but the Check that cleared the bank was written for a company calling its self "Premier Movie Pass". There were also two other drafts taken out the same day, Nov 17th, another for $3.95 to "Call One" and the other for $119.90 to "Buyer's Union". I did not get the "package" on the day he promised either, it just came today, Nov 22nd. The $200 in coupons that I was promised, are in actuality, rebate coupons, to be redeemed each month for $20.00, after you send in your reciept from the listed stores... Do these stores know that their names are being used by this shady company?? I thought these were some very reputable stores... Also included in the package was a coupon for cell phone rebates, also up to $25.00 a month. (I dare not put the CD in my computer for fear it may have some type of spyware/ virus that the company has devised to infect your computers and steal your passwords; they seem just that unscrupulous!) I have contacted my bank and hope that I can get them to reverse the charges as you suggested on your previous report. Hopefully, by my writing this letter, someone else will be spared the anguish of being ripped off, and those who have, know that you are not alone. I thought I knew better. The next time someone calls offering something, I plan to just say "NO".
