Yesterday, I got horrible experience with Premier Booting Services as well. I parked my car close to the fence (shady area) and displayed paid parking receipt on the back board, that was easy to see through the window. When I came back, my car was booted. I called to the listed phone number. The guy who arrived 15 minutes later explained that I did not display the receipt on the front dashboard. He did not care that receipt was on the back dashboard. He showed picture of my front dashboard and my license plate that, of course, did not show my back window. I called the police, but all I was told is to bring the issue to the court... I had pay $89 to remove the boot, in addition to paid $7 for parking...
