We responded to advertisement for Greeting Card Distributorship with Premier Cards Inc in mid September. We researched the company via Better Business Buearu, Dun and Bradstreet, etc. We spoke with the Vice President and asked questions and decided to invest shortly after.

We signed an agreement for a "Silver" level distributorship and wired the funds required to get started on September 20, 2007. We received our 30 racks mid October and cards in November.

Premier did not contact us at any time after the Vice President contacted us to request the second payment. Any contact that was made regarding the statis of our stock order and the set up was initiated by us. We were unable to reach anyone via phone, and when we did, messages were left with what we found out was an answering service. We did not receive any return calls from the messages that were left via phone.

We did have some success with e-mailing the customer service department. Each time a concern was raised there was what quickly became a long line of excuses. Their responses included that there was a quality control problem with getting the racks out, they were busy due to the up coming holidays and they were hiring additional help, and the Locator was delayed because there was a family issue and he was out indefinitly.

At this point it has been 3 months since our initial investment, our garage is filled with racks and product, including Christmas Cards and we were notified today by our "New" Locator that Premier has gone out of business.

This is an extremely unfortunate situation for anyone who has invested and has been left in the learch. We do not want to believe that this was a scam from the get go but it doesn't look good. We felt as we investigated the business throughly and it was a legitamate investment. We have been left without even the courteousy of being informed by Premier that they are no longer in business.

We are certain that there are other investors in the Illinois and the immediate Chicagoland Area that are in the same position and we would like to make contact with them.
