Premier Company services were enlisted for DJ services at a 40th Class Reunion.  I was in communication with them for several months before our event. Premier Company appear to be on top of everything based on their extensive electronic playlist that they send you once you leave your deposit and sign the contract.  The playlist was very impressive and Premier Company provided the necessary instructions so one can meet the deadline set forth in their contract.  A breakdown of a reunion schedule template was also included in their electronic template so you can identify when certain songs should be played (timetable) during the event.  I completed the songs I wanted played using their automated/electronic playlist system allowing ample time for the DJ to receive the playlist ahead of time of the event as per the instructions provided by Premier Company.

Several weeks before the event, I contacted Premier Company for the name of the DJ so I could speak with him/her ahead of time. I didn't get the DJ's name until the day of the event. At that time I was frantic not knowing if a DJ was going to show up because there had been no communication from Premier Company.  Meanwhile, Premier Company had already charged my credit card for the final payment and I had no idea if a DJ was booked for my event. Warning, they kept my credit card on file which is a no-no.

When I finally heard from the DJ (3 hours before the event), he said he would arrive at 4:00 but he didn't show up until 6:00 (the event started at 5:30). When I met with him, he didn't have my playlist (songs I had meticulously selected). He indicated that he was just contacted the day before to do our reunion and that Premier Company did not send him the playlist. So, during our formal dinner, I had to scramble to list songs that I wanted played. Horrible!

What frustrated me was I spent 2 months selecting the songs and all my time and effort was wasted because Premier Company did not provide this list to the DJ they booked to do our reunion! I would NEVER recommend or use this company again.

They are unprofessional, unorganized and lack basic customer service. If you use them, you are insane. Trust me, I have nothing to gain by putting them on blast. However I can help you not make the same mistake I made.

Stay away from this company.
