premier dodge did not repair car as i was told new orleans Louisiana
on september the 27 my 2013 dodge grand caravan stop on me , i had my vehicle told to dodge dealership and at that time my car was under power train warranty , they basiclly told me i needed a new motor with all that part that they had to replce and the work that had to be done , dodge had my car from the end of september 2016 to end of feburary 2017 doing that time i had no car relied on family , friends and public transportaion with my warrany i still had to pay over 1500 out of pocket .
i had my car for less than 4 months and on 06/16/2017 my car stop on me no smoking no check engine light no running hot she stop , i had a licensed macanic look at my car and that cost me $387.00 to tell me my car is jumoing time , now on my invoice from dodge they said that change all my cylinder head all head gaskets basically gave me a new motor ,now they say the timing sprocket broke and i need a new motor and i have to pay for it , if they did the work they said they did and change all they said they did and said all parts were covered under 24 month warranty ,why do i need a new motor thats they fault , that mean they did not do what they said
i can not afford and new motor i have a car note im paying and full coverage and they have to honor their 24 month warrant , i need them to take responsibility for what they did and fix my car with no out of pocket expense to me ,i told sabrina their service rep that theirs no way i should be having any problems with this car if they claim the put a motor in it
i need them to repair my car so i can be able to get to and from work and my kids to and from school i work 40 min away from where i live i need a car
please help me get my car fix
