PREMIER FINANCIAL GROUP - STRATUS INSURANCE - JOHNATHON CARVER - AMTRACC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT - MRS. SHELLY WATSON RIPOFF THEY ALL SAID THAT WE HAD A LOAN THAT WE NEEDED TO INSURE IT WE WOULD HAVE OUR MONEY IN 2-3 DAYS AFTER WE SENT PAYMENT TO THEM!! THEY ARE THE SAME SCAM TOGETHER!! Like most people, I was on the internet, looking for a long term, bad credit, unsecured loan. I got a phone call from a Ms. Watson (# is 1-877-293-1458), she said that we were approved for a $5000 loan. She said that we needed to insure the loan, incase I cant work, lose my job, or anything else happens. This would cost $950. She faxed us the forms and said to sign them and fax them back to a Ms. Kay Trott, same fax as above. We recieved 9 pages total, everything looked legal.
So, I signed it and faxed it back to this Kay Trott. We money grammed the funds the next day, I called Ms. Watson, gave her the confirmation number, she said thank you, and for us to fax her the reciept and that she would get the money back to us for the money gram also.
The next day, I recieve a phone call, from Jonathon Carver ( I have 2 #'s for him, thanks caller I.D. #1 is 1-876-435-1006, # 2 is 1-876-821-2031). We were told we would have our money by 7-17-2007. On the 16th he called me and I was told that the insurance had a problem insuring me due to a discrepency!!! That he was working on it and we should have our funds within 24-48 hours. He keeps telling us that he has "meetings" with other insurance companies to get us our funds, but we are not holding our breathe. We are told that these companies want more money, yes, because he already got us for $950. He also claims that he dont want us to send more money. Yes, to keep us hoping, I think.
I call him every day, 4 or more times a day for updates, he always has an excuse. We told him to get us our $950 back...but common, we got scammed!!!
So, here is the other thing that I was thinking about and wanted to add... The contracts were faxed with the company name of: AMTRACC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT GROUP. When I asked Johnathon, what company he was through, he said PREMIER FINANCIAL GROUP, and when I call the second phone #, a machine says that it is STRATUS INSURANCE COMPANY, when Jonathon HIMSELF does not answer.

I spoke to Ms. Watson on Monday and she found out that she was put on here, so she threatened to get "the company" attornies involved. She also said that that her company was trying to get this off of here. So I told her to go ahead and have them contact me, that until I get my money back, this will be on here forever! She claims that I will have my money back within 30 days, which was NOT in the contract that she sent to me, it was supposed to be a guarenteed loan within 2-3 days, she also claimed that she may lose her job over this! Please, like I am supposed to be simpathetic to her, what does she expect? She promised me something and scammed me out of my hard earned cash! Oh, and she said that she had nothing to do with this after she tranfered our "file and money" to Mr. Carver!! She is the one that started this whole thing, don't you think that she is just as responsible as the others? Now as promised, if by some crazy chance, I get my money back, then I will let all of you know out here. But common, I am NOT holding my breath!
