Premier Kia On Atlantic I cancelled by GAP insurance Kia cancelled the insurance and kept the refund, $799 plus the interest. I cancelled the GAP insurance within the 30 day grace period for a full refund and they cancelled the policy but the back never recieved a credit from the dealer. I have wriiten letters, sent e-mails and many numerous telephone calls. The Kia dealership never has responed to any of these. Jacksonville Florida
I purchased a GAP insurance policy at the purchase of my Kia which I cancelled within the 30 day period to recieve a full refund plus any interest accured. This purchase was done 04-19-2008.
I never heard from anyone after addditional inquires until I contacted the GAP insurance company who advised the policy had indeed been cancelled 05-15-2008. I contacted the lien-holder who advised me that my account had never been creditied the refund and that the dealer, Preimer Kia on Atlantic, has to do this. This is a $799.00 refund plus the accured interest. I have sent several letters, e-mails and many telephone calls to this dealer on this matter and never recieved the courtesy of a reply let alone the contractual refund to my account.
I am disabled and live on social securtiy. I need the credit made to my lien-holder. I need help to make this dealer do the right the thing.
