Like everyone I received a call on August 17th, 2002 to receive a mastercard with a $2,500 limit. Of course I have been cleaning my credit report up and was told by a financial person to try to get a credit card to help it along so I had asked these people many questions as I didn't want a pay as you go card.

They told me I would have a limit and all I would have to pay was $174.95 for fee's. So I decided to do it. On August 26th I had called them as they took the money out of my checking account and I hadn't received anything yet. They told me that I should be getting it on the 27th or 28th.

I never got anything those days I finally called again on September 5th, 2002 telling them I still hadn't received anything and they told me that they will send another one out. I did finally receive the packet after that which I flipped through but I wasn't interested in that as I wanted the card to build my credit. I waited for the card to come as the packet says that you should be getting the card soon. On September 16th I called them again and they had apoligized and they would send another card out. I was getting really upset but figured it must have a mistake.

On September 27th I called again as I still didn't get it telling them I wanted my money they refused saying that I will be getting my card soon just wait a little more. I told them if I don't get it next week I will be reporting it and that I wanted my money back. Of course I sent them a letter on October 5th haven't heard anything called them today they said that they haven't received the letter.

And if I want I can canceled my account they told me that if I do get a refund which I might not as it's been over 30days that they will take 14.99 off the amount as I received that packet. This is so sad that they do this to people especially to people that are trying to clean the credit up.

On October 16th I had gone into my bank to close my checking account and savings account as I was told by one of the seceret service people to do so as they will possible take more money out of your account for house hold products. So I went and did this and also I got my Money BACK. My bank told me that I had 90days to file a report on PermierOne saying that I didn't get the things they told me I was suppose to get. So if are waiting for a refund don't wait go and talk to the people at your bank (I even brought in many of the notes that everyone has written from here to show them I wasn't lieing) If you sit and wait your wasting time and thats what they want you to do is sit and wait....Thank you to everyone that has written letters about this I would have never know about it and would have been still waiting for my money.....
