Premier Savings ripoff by deceptive lies Scottsdale Arizona
I was contacted by a Mr. Ernest Underland from Premier Savings in mid December 2001. He indicated to me that his company helped people obtain a credit card with a lower interest rate to help them out of debt faster than if they'd just paid on their high-interest cards. I told him that my credit record was in the toilet because of a prior bankruptcy and he said that Premier Savings could help me.
I reluctantly agreed to allow Premier Savings to bill my credit card for the $279.00 charge, with the promist that If they couldn't help me, I could receive a 60% refund of that $279.00.
I received my "packet" in the mail and contacted them via phone as per their instructions. I was advised to contact one particular bank and to again contact Premier if I was turned down by that bank.
I did this 4 times with a letter of denial from each bank that I'd applied to. On March 24, 2002, I sent a letter to Premier Savings requesting that my 60% refund be returned to me and as of this date (April 30), I've heard nothing from them.
