Premier Series Freedom Life Insurance Unified Caring Association Premier Series never covered A DIME of any of my healthcare expenses!! Nationwide
This company is a complete scam! I was assured that the coverage I needed was a perfect fit. I pair just over $200 each month for a PPO plan that I was TOLD would be perfect for my needs. Fast forward two years later, the Company is refusing to cover general check ups (I was recently told that they don’t cover general visits unless "you’re in pain or something is wrong”- I had to pay my OB/GYN out of pocket); hospital bills ( they literally recently stated that they will not cover emergencies); lab work (guess who is responsible for this?!); and now, I’m receiving bills from Minute Clinic!!! They wouldn’t even cover Minute Clinic!!! I assure you I would have NEVER agreed to contract with them had they represented that I would be left paying everything out of pocket on my own! I was specifically told that I would be covered in each of these instances. I have been searching for my original benefit documents but I have now been locked out of the system since I terminated my coverage (shocker). I have since been in touch with a reputable law firm who is happy to take this on. Based on the information and evidence I have shown them, turns out, this is fraud! I ABSOLUTELY will not be left with thousands of dollars of debt I was assured would be covered. I specifically asked for what turned out to be completely opposite!!! I see that several other people have had this problem and are considering a law suit as well. If you are one, please contact me or reply immediately. The more the better. We cannot let this company get away with this!! Thank you Freedom Life for absolutely nothing. I will be getting every dime that you owe me and will definitely seek attorneys fees for having to go to this extent. Best, Determined Victim
