Jake at Premier Tickets Today 3485 Riverknoll Way Westlinn Or 97068-3698 has charged my credit card for $145.45 twice. I have asked him for a refund but he clearly says no. Jake's phone number is 503-407-5570. Capital One is working with me to get this money back. It was for an Elton John concert that I can't download because I don't have a printer.
