Attended show on 9-25-06, received the physical program and paid for it using my MasterCard.Used it for two days and realized it was not worthwhile for my FOREX trading. Called and spoke to Terrance and got RMA number: 05801567.

Went to the training class and got a signed receipt for the physical program from Ms. J. Alexander using my RMA number.

They billed my MC on 9-25-06 for $3,242.09 and then billed the card again on 10-25-06 for $99.95 in advance for the data service which I never used.On 11-20-06 I spoke to William who said it will be refunded along with the data charge.

On 1-3-07 spoke to Steven who sid they don't refund to the credit card but will send a check.On 2-5-06 I spoke to MasterCard to dispute the charges only to be told that the charge went through two billing cycles and that there was nothing that they could now.

Well I learned my lesson; check up on the company prior to purchasing and then only wait one billing cycle to dispute the charge regardless of the integrity of the company.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
