Premium Advantage ripoff Got ripped off by Premium Advantage!! Fort Lee New Jersey
Got a call from Premium Advantage. Telling me they could help build credit. I said ok. I gave them my information. They took 299.95 out of my account. I was told I had 30 days to cancel. I told them I wanted my money back. I was told to write to the company to ask for a refund. I wrote them twice. I was denied a refund twice.
Everytime I call them, I am told the same thing. I had to close my checking account, open another account, and cause they took out the money, I ended up with overdraft fee and the amount out. I have a loan out with my bank for 500.00. I have to pay 70.60 a month for 8mths to pay back the bank. I am a single mother of 2 young children.
I have already contacted the BBB, and State of Consumer Protection in New Jersey. Does anyone know what I can do to get my money back. I really don't want to give out my new account info.
