Premium Excavating Brian Brzezenski Failure to pay for services rendered. I was hired by Brian Brzenzski to run equipment. I preformed the jobs, and then he did not pay for 37 hrs worked. Morrisville Pennsylvania
Hired me to operate heavy equiptment. I worked for 37 hrs. He refuses to pay me for my last week of work. $647.50.
I was informed by my supervisor Jason (not my boss) he recievwed a text stating he will not pay for services rendered and the employee can "Go **** himself" I was not on the books so he can do anything about it.
