I ordered Premium garcinia extract for a 14 day trial from an online offer. The whole process started fishy since my bank didn't initially approve the transaction since PGE was trying to wrong the payment out of the country. My bank contacted me because they thought it was fraudulant activity since the charges were coming from outside of the US. After approving the charge, the PGE contacted me to see if i wanted to do the trial (so they realized something had happened to stop their ability to run the charge) which I told them that I spoke with my bank and would like to go through with the trial. The shipment took 10 days from the day I ordered it to come to my door. I had basically 3 days to try the product before my trial was over. I tried to contact the company at 8am Central time to speak with someone about this and about getting a charge on my card for $87.67 but was forced to leave a vm because of their office being closed due to poor weather. I finally spoke with someone 4 days later when I called back yet again. I had to speak with two different people who repeatedly denied me a refund as I was upset that it took 10 days to receive the product. After being on the phone for 45 mins, I got the supervisor to refund 70% back but that is it. I asked to speak to his manager but he said they don't speak to customers, ie- they don't give a $**T about customers. This is absolutely a ripoff that you have basically 3-4 days to try a product on a trial then they charge you. The complete lack of customer service is pathetic. Of course, they called me right away when the trial had issues starting because of the bank denying the initial charge but they couldn't call me back when I left a message because I was having an issue. You are crazy if you deal with this company at all. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this company and their product.
