Agreed to a "free" 30 day trial Anataflex of which my account was charged within 15 days of "free" trial. I did not electronically sign off on that and nothing alerted me during paying for the transaction that I was consenting to this. I contacted customer service to return the product as stated under their promotional cancellation policy (terms and conditions updated 10/10/2013) that states "If you are not interested in continuing to use the product for the rest of the month, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return your product (opened or unopened) within 30 days of the initial trial date to prevent being charged for the full 30-Day supply you received to try. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. All sales after the initial 30 Day period expires are final. " I spoke with a Jason who read the T&C and was prepared to give me the RMA and issued a refund but the call dropped. I called back and the other agents refused to give me the RMA and issue credit although they clearly read the same T&C provision that I did and I was within my 30 day right to cancel and not be charged. They said that it was non-refundable even though they have a 100% money back guarantee clause on their website and on every page of the product description. The T&C was quite clear but this company was quite dubious from the start and clearly prey upon customers not remembering to cancel within "15 days" for a "30 day" "free" trial. The goal is to cheat customers out of their $90 for an overpriced product that you will not even see a difference within one month much less 15 days.
