Premium Tips bought Tips and Russian Decorating book. No product, fake Tracking number
I ordered Christmas Icing Tips and other Icing Tips, plus a 100 different Flower book from the company. I paid for them with my Credit Card and was given a Fake Tracking number. I waited the time frame that they had quoted on their website and not thing arrived. I have Tried to contact them and no response.
