I read a ad about a average mom whitening her teeth with nearly no cost at all on AOL, the website has since been down. I followed the instructions to get the free trial there were some coupon letters to put in, after that I received a call from PremiumWhitePro asking if i was the one who is interested in the "free" trial and had signed up for it and I replied Yes and I specifically asked him "Are there going to be any charges following the shipping charges?" and he replied "No there will not"
A while later I received the product, but was busy with work and did not think of using it at the time so I left it in my drawers, then I saw a charge of $86.93 from SUP*SMILEBRIGHT which is actually premiumWhitepro from what I've seen on the smilebright website.
I called in to have the charge credited back to my account but the reply I received was "sorry sir, you are out of the 30 day money back, you can not get your money back" Which puzzles me because i was not told this, then he told me something about the fine prints and how it states that I had to call between the time of order and the expiration of my "30" days for my money back, and that it was a 30 day trial as opposed to what the first representative i spoke to told me.
I did manage to get myself a cancellation but it was after they shipped me a second package(12/24/09) which then i will have to follow the return instructions to get my money back. Hopefully I can get my money back for this one.
Anyway I am filing a report to my state attorney office, and I'm also considering contacting my lawyer just because i am ROYALLY PISSED and I want premiumwhite to suffer some type of consequence as opposed to getting off scottfree.
Anyway I hope this gets read and people will stop ordering from PremiumWhite Smile Bright South Beach etc all together because they are indeed a sham.
