They scammed me too. I have now wasted almost 3 hours and still they refuse to refund my money!
I have spoke to 4 people at the company tonight who refuse to give me my money back for the 1st shipment. One of those was a supervisor.
I have also been corresponding with a "live chat operator" now, to no avail.
This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I think we should all start a class action lawsuit.

I am really surprised thats a lawyer has not started a class action lawsuit against these people yet. I am sure there would be thousands of people who would sign up. So far they only got me for 99.00 dollars but I also told them that if I seen another charge on my c.c that I would sue them. I never even received the product and they refused me a refund. I was also away at my mothers funeral at the time and because they took that money out of my account I had to borrow money from my family to get home. Please if any lawyers out there are reading these complaints help us all out.
