A bunch of g_d damned thieves that lie and prey on you!!! This all started about 1 1/2 yrs ago when I received a 30 promo for upgrading my current training that was for the CopmTia Net+. PrepLogic offered an extended training option on a 30 day trail... so I took their word and ordered the upgrade... OMG what bull sh*t has my life been since !!!! It took ~3weeks to receive my cd's, that did NOT work as expected and I had bukoo helpdesk tickets that were all ignored. Then after more BS I want to cancel and they said YOU CAN'T CANCEL... YOU HAVE A CONTRACT... blah blah blah. So they widdled me down to a SINGLE, ONE TIME PAYMENT of ONLY $28.00 to settle matters and re-discuss the termination options. So I gave in (thinking I was going to get my other CD's) and gave my CC# as usual business. I get a MAJOR surprise from my bank that I have just been scammed and ripped off by well over 10x the amount and PrepLogic said that was the amount they DECIDED to go ahead and process... WHAT THE H*LL!!! ================================== They take your credit card number and charge various charges that are NOT even close to the agreement, nor are what was advertised, then try to sue you to get more to pay off bullsh*t charges that have nothing to do with the original agreement. They keep offering various pay back options and then rip off your credit card and never close your account... I have receive over 100 emails and phone calls from these loosers and they are full of sh*t when it comes to keeping their word. They also offer a university degree program.... when you sign up to find out more about on-line IT certs/degrees it is these jokers and now they got your private information again...they prey on your credit card info and play way too many head games. I hope the looser bitches burn in h*ll!!!! Go here for more info: (((link redacted))) I have had a variety of the above problems with this fricken jack a** company that has ripped me of several times and now they want my credit card AGAIN to "cancel my account and drop charges".... WTF preplogic you have screwed me over so many times already!!! OMG I hope you all lose everything and your suck a** business blows away!!! You're the most fricken looser rip off thieving company that has ever worked the IT marked F^^^ OFF PrepLogic!!!
