I received email for computer classes Unlimited classes for then next 3 years.

I contact the company for more information about their services. I receive an email back example what I could expect and explaining their program. I was very excited about starting my new classes. I paid the 99 dollars for classes.

Later on I notice in my bank statement that this company was taking unauthorized payments. The company was contact of phone and told refund unauthorized payment. They informed me that it was the classes I was planing to take. I told them about the email and that I had a copy if they need to see it about the about of the classes and it said nothing about trial base on the 99 fee for the classes. 

I had not used the product and told them to cancel. I thought the issue was over until the next month they went into my account again. I went to the bank for help and they had a hard time contacting the company and stop them from taking  payments and had them refund all the money expect the 99 dollar fee in which I had to add to paying. I had all copy of my transaction talking to them on their ticket system. I even had copy of talking with them online.

Then I started receive mail and email about passed due account.  I informed them that the order was cancel using their ticket system. Each time they will tell you they understand but never cancel. They told me they were not trying to trick me or force me into something I didn't want... so I told them great...cancle it. I filed a Better Business report against this company....I though the matter was closed because I  they stop contacting me.

 

However, later on in the mail I recieve a passed due notification from them.  They tried to give me various options like lower the payment and lower the amount for service I never used and cancle. Each time I told them no... sometime passed then I recieve mail to just sent them 100 dollars to cancel the program.  I thought about it just to make them go away... but the bottomline is I decide no they got the 99 dollars and that was the end never used their product. Stay away from this company...Scam and frad... but if you alread taken that step then file a Better Business complaint and ripoff report as well... The word need to get out about this company to stop them from doing others this way. If that does help get you a lawyer to file sue against them.
