Prestige Home Solutions Scum bags, fraud, a** holes Baltimore Maryland
On October the 3rd 2016 I signed a contract with Premier Home solutions to re-do and expand my deck. The cost of the total job was $18,000.00 I put a $6,00.00 deposit down. The contract stipulated that the contract would be complete within 4 weeks. After several calls back and forth it became obvious that the company had no intention in completing the contract. Two months after i signed the contract I began asking for my deposit back. I explained that the work had not even begun and we were a month past the completion date stated in the contract.
For the past two weeks I have spoken with the Marketing Director , Rich (also supposedly the brother in law to the owner of the company), project Director Brian and a Vice President named Tom. To date I have not gotten any kind of response back to my many phone calls stating a date when I could get my deposit back. Two days agao I got a call from Tom stating he was ready to get started. I explained he was three months too late and I just wanted my deposit back. Tom acted very surprised and said he would call me back later that evening. Of course I haven't heard anything from him - two days later.
I just want my deposit back and to let folks know this company will rip you off. I have a signed contract. The job should have been finished 3 months ago. They have not even pulled permits and everytime I call I get the run around. Can someone please help me?
